    Alan Rickman RIP

    Another shocking death...wow...

Fantastic actor...Die Hard, Harry Potter...and especially Galaxy Quest, one of my all time favorite movies.

What a shame...since Tim Allen and Sigourney Weaver had been very interested in a Galaxy Quest sequel.

    Man, this sucks...

He was so great. What a shame. Same age as Bowie just two days later.

Cancer is really starting to decimate us. It's no longer the exception anymore...

Wow. That just sucks. He was a fine actor, with many memorable roles.

Just heard this. We just watched Galaxy Quest a few weeks back. One of those actors who elevated whatever project he was in. RIP.

Man, this news is a bummer. Rickman was fantastic in DIE HARD and POTTER, but I really liked him as Alexander Dane in GALAXY QUEST. RIP, Mr. Rickman. Condolences to your family, friends and fans.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

My wife is devastated...she is a huge Harry Potter fan and Snape was her absolute favorite character.

Yeah, I kind of had a soft spot for Snape as well.
Rickman had a special kind of charm. Even in Die Hard, you can't help but smile because of his wit and sarcasm.

And yet nothing is really done about the nutritionally depleted processed food on the grocery shelves contaminated with cancer causing additives (like aspartame and other preservative chemicals) along with all the other poisons that is offered to eat...Cancer will only continue because of our poor diets and Vitamin deficiency, then acidifying our bodies into a breeding ground for Cancer living in an Acidic body state in which Cancer thrives off of.

He Smoked until his 40's, which isn't going to help.

I felt something must have been up. I'm not a Potter fan, so he was off-radar outside that franchise.

I think Connery did it right. He's been retired for a decade so it's given time for people to not be shocked. IMO, that's why Nimoy was so hard to take. The guy was active until 2011.
