We had a great roast Chicken dinner and the butlers did a wonderful job.

Went to a wonderful Chinese/Japanese restaurant with lot's of family. I was not in the mood to cook or eat anything traditionally Spanish. Had a great timeComment

Probably a good idea. We're both in NYC and it was very warm, on Christmas Eve, especially, as you know. I can tell you that having a Pernil in the oven for six hours on a 70 plus degree day in an NYC apartment wasn't a picnic. LOL
But, it was a great dinner nonetheless.

My wife prepared a 15 lb. Prime Rib Roast, served with Au Jus sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Gulliver's Creamed Corn, Brussels Sprouts w/ Pancetta and Yorkshire Pudding.
I did the dishes.
