Class Action Lawsuit against Wen hair products for causing women to go bald.

Yikes! I tried that stuff. Thank god I only used it for about a week several years ago. Didn't like it. Made my scalp really itchy and left my scalp and hair feeling like it had a waxy film on it.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I saw some commercials for this, and thought "how can soap damage your hair"? Apparently this stuff can!

I never trusted this stuff. The hair that they treated with it in the infomercial just didn't look clean to me.

          Their new slogan:

Remember WEN you used to have hair?

          Sorry. Couldn't Resist.

I've been using this stuff for 6 years, and I've never had any problems w/ it. I love it!

Sounds like something Joker or Catwoman would pull, or maybe Lex Corp is behind this?

I'm convinced it's an allergic reaction of some kind. There's 200 women out of thousands who actually love this product. I think they need to find some common denominator w/ these women. You know like sometimes you'll hear "If you're allergic to shellfish, or eggs or nuts don't use this product"? There may be something in the key ingredients that's causing this reaction. Because if the product really had some
depilatory agent (like Nair) then everyone's hair would fall out, not just some people. And I have used pretty much all the products, and the varieties of each of them for the last 6 years, and I love it! I haven't had any adverse reaction to any of their products.

Maybe they worked it in with a car polish buffer

Last I checked the class action lawsuit included over 200 women in 40 states. If a product causes as severe reactions, as reported, in even a small number of users, I would still consider it a serious issue and something to look into.

The way some class action lawsuits are set up lawers can really take advantage of companies.

I know of at least one incident of a class action lawsuit against a chain restaurant and the people involved didn't even have to show proof they actually ate there.
