we feel the same way, our youngest is going to be 12 in April. I keep telling my wife, this is her last year so keep up the fun, it gets old though

Thank you. It really helps to know that I'm not alone after I just hot glued 9 cans of rootbeer together with pipe cleaner, pom poms, ribbon, bells, and googly eyes to pull the elf in his sleigh.
