Is the coyote decorated yet ?

The coyote is hard to reach because I don't make friends easily with ladders. But there is a new deer in process; depending on where Ed thinks that should go will have a huge impact on my dead wildlife decorating schemes.

No trees here, either real or artificial. Too much baggage comes along with it. There's a plastic canvas wreath on the door and that's likely the extent of Christmas decorating.

Ours went up yesterday. Fake and starting to show some age. I'll be looking for a new one this year once they go on clearance.

Our family has a tradition of hunting and cutting our own cedar trees. We usually wait until NEXT weekend, but my sister insists on getting a tree big enough to make the White House envious, so she wants to get it as soon as possible. So for the last several years, it's been the first full weekend in December. Cut it Friday night, and put ours up Saturday. Decorated it yesterday. Love the smell of cedar every time you come in the front door!

I'm about a week behind because of my Dad's surgery. Outside is done. The tree is up with lights but needs ornaments.

I never decorate for xmas as I'm never here. I always leave this country a day or two before Christmas Day as I can't stand being here for xmas and New Years. So I pop over to the US and enjoy the way more fun xmas time there,lol! Funnily enough I have a ton of Hallmark orny's....pop culture ones.....and a few xmas stockings and such,but I never use them for xmas. Two of the stockings are hanging permanently in my living room,and various Hallmarks....Spidey,Peanuts,Trek,Simpsons,SW,and a few others......are also on permanent display as they're not xmas specific,except for some of the Peanuts ones.

And in the US I'm usually.....well,anywhere really. Long as I'm in the US I don't really care where I am as I just love it wherever I am,lol.
