I think Godzilla would. The cartoon Godzilla has fire breath and laser beam eyes. Kong's got brute strength, a loud mouth, banana breath and hung up on Faye Raye. He wouldn't stand a chance!

I think before they even fought, Kong would pull out a blunt filled with that fine Skull Island bud! Godzilla would fire it up with his atomic breath, and they would have a sit down. As the were getting mellow, they would be attacked and killed by the giant rabbits from the film Night of the Lepus, cause everyone knows killer rabbits are the bomb! Just ask the guys from Monty Python!

In the movies both win. King Kong wins the US release, Godzilla the Japanese release. Technically speaking however, Godzilla would mop the floor with King Kong.

Who would really win in a fight? I know king kong won in the cheezy Japanese movie but I think Godzilla will shoot fire out of his mouth and BBQ kong. I think kong has mobility on his side and could use it to his advantage though. I say Godzilla KO Kong in 4 rounds.

No Kong wins in the Japanese version also.....you only hear Godzilla's roar in the end of the japan version telling his fans that he's not dead.......

Actually, they both have pretty much the same ending. Kong throws Godzilla into the sea, and right at the end you see a wake in the water showing that Godzilla is still alive. I think the roar was dubbed into the American one though. Other than that they're the same.

I had this debate with my brother a lot as kids. He loves Zilla and I liked Kong. However, now that I'm older I realized, Zilla would fry him with that crap he shoots out of his mouth.

However, in a toe-to-toe fight, Kong would take him punch for punch.
