Exactly. When people go eww hot dogs they tend forget you can get organic pure beef hotdogs which are not artificially cured. Those are the hot dogs I eat because nitrates trigger my migraines. I like dijon mustard on my hot dogs. No ketchup.

1) ketchup, mustard, relish and onion
2) mustard and sauerkraut
3) chili, cheese and onion
4) just mustard
