i sell dvd's on ioffer .i wrote on my store page any faulty discs will be replaced i can't do refunds as people can just copy the films and say they won't play .i had a buyer from here in the u.k. who said the disc is faulty i want a refund.i had checked the disc on dvd players,blu-ray players ,computers and laptops before sending it and it was perfect.then i sent the replacement and they said it must have got lost in the post ,i said fine i'll send another today they said no i want a refund.i think it's pretty obvious they have a film that's fine but they don't want to pay for it.any idea what i should do next.
