In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.
Jessica, who made this?!? Its totally blowing my mind. And not one of the chimpanzees is wearing one of those budget pull-over masks, like in the actual film : )
Oh man! That's funny and so cool! I love these! Keep 'em coming, Jess!

It's none other than the talented Stickman, also known as Adam Odell. I will try to dig some more up. He's got GREAT stuff. He's my new hero, as I said!!
I think it's taken over his living room. He can't switch on the ceiling fan--it's that massive. Wish I could do the same, but my husband would kill me. After the competition is over I will dig up some more photos and post them. I just don't want him to be disqualified, since he's worked so hard on the diorama.
Now that the video is officially on Sideshow's video contest, please check it out and marvel at all of the effort/sweat equity/labor that went into this masterpiece. If you believe as I do that this deserves to win, please vote for my friend's commercial. I have checked out the other commercials, and this is the only winner for me....video Number 15...

I voted for video 15.
Because I'm an Apes fan, going back to 1973.
Because that diorama is abso-frigging-lutely fantastic.
Because something with monkeys will always be a winner.
One point of criticism: have this guy stop buying up all Sideshow Apes. I want to complete my set, puh-leese....
