What did you want to be when you grew up?

As a kid, I wanted to be a musician. I played guitar and sang in a band when I was 13.In my teens, a pro boxer. I had a lot of amateur fights and was pretty good. Boy how life changes your dreams. So, what did you want to do as kid kid when you grew up?

At age 44 I'm still working on my dream of becoming a teenage model. One of these days I just know that "Tiger Beat" is finally gonna return my calls. I don't want to leave the house because I know the moment I do, they'll call and my answering machine probably won't work.

I always wanted to illustrate comic books. The dream hasn't come true, yet. But I work in illustrations whenever I can in my job as a graphic designer.

as a 4 year old I wanted to be the trash truck driver or a fireman (to drive the truck) (in my teens I was an emt and in my 20's I was a truck driver)

at 10 I wanted to be a soldier like my grnadfather (that one came true for 18 months till I broke my back right before the gulf war)

12 I wanted to be a pilot but Top guns can't wear glasses (if only they had lasic 20 years ago)

15 Rock star but I can't sing a lick and I wasn't original enough to create my own solos all i could do was copy someone else - finally let that dream go 2 years ago when I sold my guitar

Now I just hope my kids can fulfill their dreams and don't end up in a job they hate like the old man
