WOW! I cannot believe two "Our Gang" members in less than one week have passed away! While he was only on the series for a year, he was one of the more talented kids. He also had a great career in movies and gave Shirley Temple her first on screen kiss! Other than Robert Blake, I cannot think of anyone else still alive from the series. Less than a handful no doubt. What a shame. Yet, once again, "Our Gang" made some classic shorts. Hal Roach was a genius.

I just saw this and I'm sad to read this. He was a talented little kid and great paired with Stymie and Spanky. I agree he was good in Sgt. York as well. Rest In Peace Dickie.Comment
