Canadians in their own country would be called Nationals
I've visited Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Labrador/Newfoundland and New Brunswick. I've actually been to more states in the US than provinces in Canada.
I'd love to visit! It seems like such a nice place. Every Canadian I've ever met was also super nice. When I was in high school/ college I worked in a golf store and we had a customer who had moved to north Alabama from Canada to open his doctors practice and he was always so awesome. His accent was really cool too, almost Irish sounding. I've also met other Canadians and they're always a fine representative of their country.
I've only been in one province, Ontario, the one where I live. On the other hand I've probably visited almost 20 states in the US, go figure. I really, really need to visit more provinces someday, I'm sure I'm missing a lot!
Speaking as an American fan of hockey & Corner Gas, I really want to explore the southern 250ish miles of Canada from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Some day. Need to learn passable French, first. And maybe retire.
I've lived in B.C,Alberta,Saskatchewan,Manitoba visited Ontario and the north west territories.
Travelling across one province alone is huge I'm not sure if you guys in the U.S. That have never been here realize that or not?
Some provinces take 8-25 hours just to get across east to west thats not counting going from north to south driving.
I can get from winnipeg centre of Manitoba to Regina centre of Saskatchewan in about 6 1/2- 7 hours.
I've also been from the west coast of the USA to the east coast of the USA.
I like to call it interprovincial travel...
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”
I live in Ontario, and I've only been to 2 others - Quebec and British Columbia. I've been to loads of States, but most of those were during road trips, so I'm not sure how much each of those count as a genuine visit.
