USPS damaged Mego Issues

    Not sure this would work, but for the Penguin issue, maybe some super glue stick on the plastic bubble
    then firmly press down onto the card.

      That would be evil of me, but I understand why you're suggesting that. That's why I sent them back in the first place. I bought the set because I wanted a carded Joker and Penguin. Someone resealed Joker at one time and it wasn't very noticeable in the seller's pics. The other two weren't resealed and were fine. The seller told me to send them back because he didn't like my offer, and a day later he changed his mind. I wish he would have agreed from the start and then the figures wouldn't have been damaged shipping them back to him and then back to me.

        I hate to keep asking this, but can someone give me a professional/ semi-professional estimate on their current value? My estimate doesn't seem to matter to USPS. I think $100 to $120 since the figures are mint. It might be best if I make a new post in a different section.
