Dr. Phil Divorce ?

UnBelievable . Here you have this "Dr." That made Millions off of telling other people how to have relationships , & My AOL news report states he's getting a Divorce. I hope whoever thought his "Advice" was great & put money in his pocket are catching this. This guy can't even keep his own marriage together,.. but yet he still tells others how ? I'm I missing something ?

Funny though that I was just talking about him with my wife last night. Didn't he write a diet book? He doesn't exactly look like a thin guy to me but maybe I wouldn't either....on the other hand I don't go around writing diet books.

Regardless of the divorce rumor, he has been receiving so much bad press lately (especially after bonding one of the bullies who beat a girl up on youtube and then uploaded it), I wouldn't be surprised if his show doesn't get pulled.

And yes, Oprah Winfrey made him. No big secret about her influence. All she has to do is mention a book that she likes and it will instantly become a NY Times Best Seller....pretty sad but true.

The Dr. Phil divorce is bogus. I heard his statement already.

I remember when his book came out. I did a poster for the local stage coffee house for my band because the restaurant manager seemed to think this pic was really funny. Here is the original pic, I still think it has some humor left to it.

Though, not sure why it would want to make people drink coffee and listen to a bunch of hippies play acoustic guitar...

I admit I have watched some of Dr. Phil's shows with my gf although I am no fan of Dr. Phil what so ever. Most of the stuff he throws out to other people is just plain common sense stuff to me anyway. Personally, I do not feel that I have ever actually learned anything of importance from watching his show. I did like a couple of his shows when he had the swingers and prostitutes on. That was cool. Other wise nothing worth mentioning IMO. Pretty much the samo lamo. Lures in viewers by giving away gifts and his books so people will come to watch his show. Kind of like tyeing a steak around his neck to get the dog to play with him. I guess that it is working for him. I do not wish anyone bad although I do think that it would be funny if his divorce rumor actually turned out to be true. It kind of makes me wonder what match.com would do to him as far as him being a spokes person then?
