im trying to get hold of some action figure cases

this dude here just quoted me $27 to ship 1 case to the uk, not 1 full case im talking about 1 action figure case, this cant be right surely ? he quotes $58 for 5 cases and $83 for 10
i once bought a super powers hall of justice playset from usa and it only cost $30 to ship, something wrong there im sure

wow I know the cases are pretty heavy but not that heavy.I'd figure about $20 but prices have gone up and I think $27 might be about right for right now.I just shipped out 5 little loose Joes from the 80's to Spain and it was $26,ask him if that's the cheapest way

America to UK or Europe shipping has become CRAZY expensive lately.

If he's shipping it USPS with insurance (I don't doubt the price)

Does it have to be a case for a carded figure? Have you tried Ebay UK?
It looks like that might be the standard shipping rate for now, because a few other auctions have similar prices listed. Man, that sucks.

Do they have to hold carded figures or can they be the kind that loose toys stand inside? You should also check with people who sell Beanie Babies. They sometimes use the same kind of cases, like this:
TY Aurora beanie baby in plastic case BNWT on eBay, also, Other Bears, Bears, Dolls Bears (end time 21-Apr-08 20:03:00 BST)
Of course, that one says, "TY" on the top, but that's the idea. If you can find a store near you that sells Beanie Babies or other toys like that, they might be able to hook you up with clear cases.

One of the members here owns it and the cases are top notch. I don't know shipping rates to U.K. but I think if you are going to do it, I would purchase more than one.

I have had items shipped from Belgium that are about the same rate and it is $30 with insurance.
