Quest for a colored spork

I'm curious did anyone here take part in Toyfares Scavanger hunt a year or so ago? If you did how did you/your team do?

What color was your spork? What was your most interesting/embarassing thing to get?

I know they said the logistics was a nightmare but I wish they did it again.

We ended up winning some AVP alien and X men busts and a Wolverine book from Wizard Publishing.

Oh and our spork was blue. (It couldn't be black or white) Eventually found a place in Texas that had them.

Yeah me and a buddy did that one. Never did find the colored spork. I think the most embarrasing thing was having to switch shirts in the photo booth. We both felt like pervs because the only place we could do it was at the local miniture golf fun center.

A MM Scavanger hunt sounds like it would be a great idea. I might try and look into putting one together.

They ended up getting buried with responses but it was a blast to do. I think it was 101 items From a green army guy minesweeper to a AIM Hero clix , Fake dog poo to a magazine with David Hasselhoff on the cover.

Then there were the pics. Trading shirts in a photo booth, dancing in public, buried in a ball pit.

One of my faves was making up and singing a new theme to the A team.

Funny thing was even I didnt think it would be that big. Just in my local area I would hit up restaurant supply places looking for the ellusive spork just to be told that a dozen other teams had already been there.And that was just Buffalo.

It was like A Mad Mad World that summer.
