Like every other kid...I had this book when I was a lad. I look forward to bringing my 2 daughters to this movie.

And the McFarlane Toys action figures were pretty cool too. One of the few McFarlane toy lines I actually bought.

I even like the soft toys...they are nice to cuddle...er...yeah.

My wife loved the book as a kid, so when we had our son, we got him the book and several of the soft toys. We even found the cartoon on dvd. Very cool!

They are also making a Hallmark Ornament of it this year. Really nice sculpt from the pictures.

Some years back there was a display of these at The Metreon in San Fransisco. My faves have been Pierre and Chicken Soup w/ Rice.

One of my favorite books as a child and an adult : ) I still have a copy on my bookcase. I hope the movie is good.
