Don't you hate when your Ebay stuff arrives BROKEN?

So I've been waiting for the Batman and Robin I won (for myself) to arrive. They get here and the bottom half of Robin's left leg is snapped off. It's not fixable, the plastic cracked and it came off. I think it has something to do w/ the way it was packed. This sucks. I already sent a message to the seller, but even though I'll most likely get a refund, I'll just have to wait that much longer, b/c now I'll have to bid and win another figure.

I haven't had anything ever arrive broken yet,.. well other than CTVT Bodies. .. I am sure after I wrote that,.. & because of it something will come broken soon.

I haven't had anything broken during shipping from ebay either (so far I've been incredibly lucky with ebay), but it must be horrible to have a package come that way! My condolences for your Robin. :( That really sucks!

Why not save yourself the headache of finding another one and so on and replace the leg. Ask the seller for a partial refund. Is it a T1 or T2?

It's T2 and I really don't know how to fix those, (nor do I wanna try). At this point, I'd settle for another Mego body, and I could keep the head. But then, I won't get a refund, and I'll have paid for 2 figures.

I see your point. Wish I had a complete T2 body but right now I don't. Someone should be able to hook you up in the Marketplace.
