Anybody else like Samuel Adams Summer Ale ?

I always hear how bad American beer is and I partially agree if you count any product made by Anheuser-Busch.

Just recently tried Sam Adams Summer Ale and i'm in love.

It has a slight nutty taste that's strange but appealing.

Anybody else like it ?

Haven't tried it - Ninkasi brewing had a summer ipa packed in a variety box that I picked up yesterday for the 4th festivities. I didn't try it but others did and liked it.

USA has tons of great microbreweries, tons.

Have not tried that specific flavor...but I love the regular Sam Adams beer.

SA Summer Ale is pretty good. Not too hoppy or too sweet, just a good session brew for summertime. Now if you want to try something completely different on a hot, summer afternoon, try a beer called Ephemere Apple Beer by Unibroue. Unlike the current crop of hard ciders, Ephemere is an actual beer made with hops and malt unlike most hard ciders, which are mainly alcoholic apple juice (but there are honestly of few of those that I like, too).
