    We'll miss you, Tom Bradford.

"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

It seems like he was all over TV in the '70s. He had a long career and even appears briefly in "Soylent Green".

King of the Druids in Spaceballs too. He seemed perpetually middle-aged. Was he ever young? RIP.

Wow! That season's trailer sums up a lot of what most of that show's cast means to me---perfect tribute to Van Patten IMHO.

Van Patten's role on WHAT'S HAPPENING as a casting rep for a fictional hamburger chain's latest commercial is my favorite "other" role of his---that episode is REAL classic, and Van Patten is a big part of that.

                        Here's the WHOLE episode

                        This is pretty cool too!

                        RIP.

RIP Dick Van Patten/ Tom Bradford! I loved Eight Is Enough! Remembered him in 1970s Disney movies like Gus and Strongest Man In the World (w/ Kurt Russel)

He was also in Wonder Woman TV episode "Beauty On Parade" and his son Vincent was on WW TV 2-parter "Mind Stealers from Outer Space" as well as being the Bionic Boy On Six Million Dollar Man!
