Jazz great Ornette Coleman passes away at 85...

Wow...today was just a day for greats in all the entertainment fields passing away. If you are a fan of Jazz music then you probably know of Ornette Coleman's body of work. RIP Ornette:

"When not too many people can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears,
Their eyes can't hope to see
    The beauty that surrounds them
    Isn't it a pity".

    - "Isn't It A Pity"

Massive loss, but blessed with long life. One of the historic musical troublemakers.

Mr. Coleman’s music had such force that even Coltrane said in 1961 that the 12 minutes he had spent on stage with Coleman amounted to “the most intense moment of my life.”
