Anybody Remember This Ghost Book?

Relevant to a project I've started, I'm trying to run down a book on ghost sightings I read as a kid. I want to say the copyright on it was 1972 . . . I think the title was simply Ghosts (making it hard to pinpoint, as you can imagine) but I do remember it used the famous Brown Lady of Raynham Hall photo on the cover.

I remember it. I can't remember if I owned a copy (which I think I did) or I checked it out from the library. If I owned it, it's long lost. Don't remember the title, though.

It could maybe be a later edition . . . but the one I remember reading had that exact photo I posted of the ghost on the stairs as the cover, with other photos like the Tuiip Staircase ghost on the inside. Thanks for the direction with this one.

That staircase photo was in a ghost book that used to freak us out big time. Not sure it was the same one, but chills up the spine when we were kids.
