He-Man MOTU Soundtrack to be Released April 7

By the power of Greyskull! Soundtrack / He-man fans rejoice. LaLa Land Records is releasing a 2CD set of music from the original Filmation He-Man Cartoon. Looks to be a really nice set. And limited to 3000.

That's pretty cool! You know, it would be great if they'd do a CD of all of Shuki Levy's cartoon themes and music. If you are a fan of 80s cartoons you've heard his music. Besides He-Man and She-Ra he did MASK, Rainbow Brite, Pole Position, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Mysterious Cities of Gold, etc.

Lots of great memories of the Filmation series. I still like to watch it from time to time. I would be interested in that book as well.

Theres suppose to be a MOTU film in the works so He-man may finally become a hot property again after all these years. I hope this is just a start and the film is heavily supported with product tie ins. It would be nice if Masters of the Universe Classics was finally given a chance in retail but they would probably make toys specific to the movie.
