    Always thought the 1959 drive-in toy was pure coolness. Long live Remco!

    I remember seeing that Drive-In toy in an issue of Collecting Toys. Very cool. And I've seen commercial for the sound effects machine. Genius! But my Remco connection was the 18 inch Singing Mimi doll who could sing "I'd Like to Teach The World to Sing" in 8 different languages w/ the use of color coded records in her back. I had one when I was 7 I have 2 of those today. Sadly, both stopped working.

      Remco certainly produced many great and varied toys over their life.
