Beef gravy or Au jus for meatloaf and Roast beef

Turkey and chicken can have a poultry gravy (chicken or turkey)

As far as ribs are concerned, I don't mind a good BBQ sauce but I also like them with a dry rub.

Pork I actually give a combo of white gravy (milk) and beef.

For Pork I like Pork Gravy.
For MeatLoaf,.. I put some Ketcup In a small pot,.. & throw in a Handful of BrownSugar,.. heat it up & let it simmer for 10 minutes.
I have my own Gravy I make for Turkey,.. using the Juices of the Turkey ofcourse,.. & with chicken, nothing beats Chicken Gravy mixed with a can of Cream of chicken soup.

      ... I'm getting hungry Now.

For Pork Spare Ribs, I would highly recommend Stubbs Moppin' Sauce.

If you cook two full slabs of ribs on the barbie, the key is to cook it slow and I basically use the entire jar on the two brushing on the sauce with each turn.

Best darn ribs I've ever had including those served in any restaurant.

              Stubb's BBQ Sauce is Fantastic.
Anyone out there hear of a Place called "Jones BBQ" ?
It's a Resturant up here,.. didn't know if it was a chain, or not. Thier Spicey BBQ Pork is the Best I have EVER had. I challenge you to get the "HOT" .

For ribs, I always like the dry rub kind better then sauce.
I also will take pork over beef ribs if given the choice.

I like that sausage gravy with fried chicken. pork roast gets the "juice" saved from cooking the roast.
