    POTA Apt in Italy???

Treehouse Apartment Building in Italy Protects Residents From Air, Noise Pollution

This pictured apartment building in Turin, Italy, called a "living forest" by its architect Luciano Pia, houses 63 unique apartments and contains terraces with trees and lush gardens.

An apartment building in Turin, Italy, which has terraces with more than 150 trees, looks like something from the future, but what's even cooler about it is that it protects its residents from air pollution and noise pollution.

Images of the urban treehouse, called 25 Verde, which translates to "25 Green," are being shared by social media users, some of whom are pinning the "dream home" on Pinterest.

The steel structure houses 63 unique apartments and contains irregular-shaped terraces and pools lined with trees. The "green" theme continues on the roof, which is covered by lush gardens.
After reading this I wish I could live there. To me it looks like what Planet of the Apes apts should look like. My dogs would be wore out on the first day.

Could you imagine that in the US. I keep going back to the images wishing I could live there.

Looks very cool on first glance but around these parts I can imagine Gypsy Moth and Tent Caterpillars making this a horrible place to live.

Looks nice and restful, but it houses 63 appartments. You'd be running into other chimps all day long.
Pretty soon you'd be shouting "It's a madhouse!!!!"

I don't really see this as an Apes theme.

Apes architecture is more carved caverns (see Flintstones)

This look is closer to something you'd see on Endor or even Arboria

If dogs would go peeing against every tree and bush there, I'd like to be living in the penthouse, not the lower levels...

It looks really cool, however, I wouldn't want to be living in that building in the middle of an eathquake!

There are some pretty sturdy supports in there.
And in an earthquake, you could swing down by vine!
