    Comic cups from the seventies.

I don't think I've ever heard of these...

They look like the ones from 7-11, but they are from Stop-n-Go.

Some from Circle K, and some with no store logo.

I totally remember these! I thought there was a TV commercial as I don't think I would have wanted them that bad from seeing a comic book ad at 8 years old. My grampa bought a motor-home and we were driving...hmm....somewhere and I could see a giant cup advertisement where they were being sold and I asked if we could go there but it was on the other side of the highway, and a few streets over so no luck.

I had, and still have, a number of those shown, but I could swear at the time all that existed around me were 7/11 stores. I wonder if it's a regional issue since the cups are all the same with minor differences.

All mine are from 7-11. I guess others had them, too. I used to walk to 7-11 as a kid and get them for either seventy five or seventy nine cents. I remember that they wanted the same amount with or without the slurpee drink. I thought the cup alone should have been cheaper.

I don't have any of those cups, but I do have a small collection of plastic mugs by Deka related to the Mego figures I collect:

Looking for redhead AJ heads (or figures) - both bearded & clean shaven (I'm trying to complete all the variations).
Also seeking: 1 blue Soldier Ape glove, 1 General Ape boot, sun reflector from PotA Fortress playset.

I think I had that Spider-Man mug. I would have never remembered it until I saw it. Did they only make Hulk and Spider-Man?

I had the Spider-Man cup when it came out. I thought it was really cool! I remember drinking Hi-C and Chocolate milk (PDQ) out of it.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
