Yeah, as huge of a boxing fan I am...not paying $100 either...unless a bunch of buds come to the house, and we get to split the venue...but not too keen on that either. I'll just catch the fight the following week on either HBO or Showtime, since it's a joint venture between the networks.

Anybody saw Gennady Golovkin aka Triple G fight last night on HBO?

The dude is scary...highest KO percentage in all of boxing.

I know neither Mayweather or Pacman want any part of him, but then again, Golovkin is a middleweight...however...he has said that he will come down in weight to fight either. I don't think that will happen...he's just too big and powerful for either one of them.

I'm sure there's bars in your area that will carry it. The hype is 90% of the event the other 10% is the actual fight. Watching it in Real time is the only way to go, since you would have to live under a rock not to hear the outcome for a week. Floyd is great at marketing himself he is the biggest pro wrestling heel in boxing. You may not like him but paying Caesar's things to Caesar he still is undefeated and he will be until he gets knocks out. The politics of boxing won't let their biggest draw lose his undefeated status via decision.

Joining HBO's Jim Lampley on the call will be Showtime’s Al Bernstein and HBO’s Roy Jones. The team will also have HBO’s Max Kellerman and Showtime’s Jim Gray in the fighter’s locker room.
