There sure are so many that you can think of, then realize who you forgot, I missed Charles Bronson
he was just awesome in Death Wish 1 and 2 I didn't care so much for 3-4-5 but Bronson was the man.

I'm not so up-to-date in recent films that I can pick- but Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in the Original Star Wars stands out. As does Sandahl Bergman in "Conan the Barbarian".
