You know, this one....


The Brady Bunch Snickers one was my favorite followed by Pete Rose "in the hall." But man, that Nationwide commercial was just the worst. And what was up with having two totally different commercials showcasing someone with prosthetic legs. Even that couldn't take away from the new (terrible) Nationwide New Campaign:

I could not believe the dour tone of so many of the commercials. But yeah, that one was the crowning shocker.

I don't get it. I think the advertisers need to remember their audience is mostly living rooms and bars full of (drunk) people who just want to have a good time and laugh. These were just plain depressing, with that sullen piano music and sad stories. Lighten up!

The Snickers is memorable, but I'm not terribly impressed by the (Forest Gump) technology, which is now 20 years old.

I will say this about the Nationwide ad... It is memorable (it certainly cut through the noise) and people are talking about it.

How bout that Nissan ad where the race car driver ignores his son his whole life? I guess you can be an absentee Dad, but as long as you drive a cool car, it's okay.

The Fiat and the Brady Bunch Snickers commercial were the best of the evening, in my opinion.

After saying that, commercials really aren't my thing. The game was really great!

Really most insurance ads just stink any more. Whether it's this one,any of the Progressive ads or Geico.

I like the Farmers ads with J.K. Simmons. They are usually pretty funny.

yeah, that Nationwide commercial was brutal. I said to my wife and some friends we had over that they commercials were really depressing this year. I enjoyed the movie clips better. Jurasic World and Terminator both looks awesome. the PacMan commercial was funny though and the Bud commercial with the lost puppy was cute too
