Jumped the shark... Literally, there were jumping sharks. Not to mention the singing trees from HR Pufnstuf.
I wish they would just go back to the days of marching bands.

I generally hate halftime shows like this, but this one was impressive. From a visual standpoint and just sheer production value, this was maybe the best I've seen. and, they actually got someone who is relevant in contemporary music. I'm not a Perry fan, but that was well done in all aspects. They way they made those suits appear animated was amazing.

Seriously, with the exception of miss Elliiot coming out so Perry could change her outfit, that was the best half time show ever. She does not disappoint and was the perfect choice for the half-time show. I saw her live twice in '14. She is to now what Madonna was in the 80's. If your gonna like one current day pop act, KP is the one to follow. She's got great songs, an awesome sense of self awareness an knows how to push the envelope without crossing the line. Acts like Taylor Swift ain't got nothing on her. That halftime show was epic. Also, where can I get a shark costume like that?

Super Bowl 35 called. They want their Lenny Kravitz / Missy Elliott halftime show back. Are they even relevant any longer?

I thought she did well. Not my preferred style of music, but she definitely can sing. The lion thing at the beginning was awesome... actually the whole thing was very interesting, visually.

Visually, it was impressive. Weird...but impressive. Her opening outfit looked like those guards from the Trek episode "Elaan of Troyius".

It was visually impressive but the segues seemed clunky... IMO Bruno Mars is still on top of the most dynamic and entertaining Half Times.
