Question about ordering from "Toys R Us.com"

I'm just wondering if anybody on here has ever ordered from ToysRUs.com?

If so, what was the experience like? By that I mean do they ship items out promptly? If there were any concerns, did they have a customer service that dealt with the problem?

Anything you might want to add about your experience(s) with them (good or bad) is appreciated...

I've ordered multiple things from them, including one of those large battery powered motorcycles for my older boy. Somethings I've had it shipped(including that motorcycle, was free shipping, haha) and also ordered and picked up in the store. They ship quickly, never had issues, and I believe they still take paypal which I kind of like.

I've done it both ways - shipping to home and once doing a store pick up. Both were timely (meaning within a week). The store pickup is a little strange though. When you first walk in and look around the main desks for returns and such you'll see a free standing computer display. When you get your notification, you bring that with you and enter that order number into the computer. It notifies the in-store warehouse to bring out your order. Unfortunately, your not done yet. You walk towards the back of the store to where the order pick ups are located and just wait. They bring it out to you and your done. A little too much of a wander for a simple pick up, but there you go. And yes, they accept Paypal.

I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from them last month, fast shipping and packaged well. No complaints here.
