Just after midnight last evening I posted a for sale ad for a split window VW bus to the Volkswagon version of our marketplace. I assumed I would go to bed and have a few emails and messages to deal with in the AM.

Calls started coming in shortly after I posted the ad with one fellow insistently calling between 4am thru 9am when I finally muted my phone so I could get some AM work done.

Never owned one --- had the opportunity to buy one cheap in the late 80's but I shied away because of the rumoured easy tip-over factor.

Ironically, I bought a CJ-7 instead
