I don't care about whether Rick Flair is gonna retire or not.

I just wanna see the Big Show brake that midget Mayweather's back in two.

Still, he puts on a show while the steroid rasslin crowd kill themselves, get injurred and can't compete, or fade away to do stupid movies trying to cash in on their rasslin fame. The Four Horsemen and the Dusty Rhodes feuds were great in the day, but The McMahon rasslin isn't even entertaining to watch anymore. I hope Flair can have a healthy life if this is the end 'cuz that is one tuff way to have made a living for as long as he did.
Closer to 40 years, he started either very late 60's or 70's, and he's in his 60's now. Let's not forget that the man survived a plane crash with a broken back!! He's not the only old time still wrestling, Terry Funk comes out of retirement once in a while and there's guys like abdullah(60's), mae young (80's), the original sheik (late 70's, since deceased) and countless others, the difference being that Flair still looks pretty good in the ring. But yeah, he's past his prime , and as the 18? time world champion he's got nothing left to prove.I hope he enjoys is retirement, he certainly deserves it WHOOOOO!

I can remember Flair wrestling on TBS back in the late 70's and early 80's. After 30 some years of abuse on his body I think he deserves to retire.

It was a natural evolution at the time, as the WWF/E, was going more "badass" anyway. But I think most people preferred the old-school 'Taker and he eventually reverted back to that version of the persona.

I gotta say,the thing he does when he gets smacked and takes a few steps and goes down is still one of the funniest things ever in wrestling
I agree that falling header is a beauty of a cool looking move.I liked it better when Greg the hammer valentine did it though...Flair copied it and now so does triple H.

I think if flair does retire he will still comeback once in awhile...Old wrestlers never truly retire they always come back once or twice a year.....Until they die.

I haven't watched wrestling in years, but Flair is a legend. I always found his schtick very entertaining.

Makes me feel old. I watched him and guys like Wahoo McDaniel and Paul Jones way back. I guess i AM old
Hope he does actually retire. I doubt his body could stand much more. As for The undertaker, he can't even compare to Flair.

I zip through WWE shows on double or triple speed on the TIVO, but I always slow it down to realtime to watch "The Man". I have been a fan since before I ever saw him on TV, from all the Wrestling trade rags showing him in black and white photos wearing the Crimson Mask. We never saw WWWF wrestlers looking like that. He is still one of the best and most consistent performers, despite being as predictable as a clock. Not bad for a 59 year old. I still think they should have let him win another major title, even if it was for a short run. No one entertains more than Space Mountain.

                          WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
