    UFC Fans?

Any UFC fans here? If so who wins in the rematch? MAtt Serra or St. Pierre?

I'm a friend of Matts, wont be an easy task, but i hope he can do it again. Matt hasnt fought in like a year due to 2 slipped discs in his back, i know his back will hold up for a few rounds, but lets see what happens.

I am a big UFC fan. I don't watch all the fights, but catch many of the Spike tv specials. I trained in MMA for about 6 years, never fought in the ring though. I like St.Pierre, but Serra is good anything can happen, it is just a personal preference.
I tend to like the guys like Chuck Liddell, Don Frye, Dan Severn, Randy Couture, Nate Quarry, and Silva but it usually comes down to the match up. - I don't like the Cro-Magnon brawlers - Tank Abbot, and Kimbo Slice, or WWF guys.

And I really can't stand those tools from Tap-Out. They belong in the WWF with their silly outfits, and BS attitudes.

Love the UFC and have been training MMA since the first of this year although I've trained in martial arts on and off for 17 years.
I like both fighters but I'd go with St. Pierre, then again I didn't give Matt a chance in the first bout and he proved me wrong.

Tank supposedly took a dive in that Kimbo fight. I just can't respect the thugs, no matter how good they are.

As a Canadian I gotta back St.Pierre, best pound for pound UFC fighter today IMHO! Serra just doesn't impress me, I woulda liked to go to the Montreal card, but sold out too fast and I don't want to pay scalper prices, other than the headline match, it's kind of a weak card. I got to say I liked Pride fighting better as guys could fight out of their weight class. Anybody think Fedor Emelenko will sign with UFC or Elite FC?

                          UFC

Yes i saw that fight! Awesome beating! It was a great war! He busted Shamrocks arm!!

I also see Matt Serra having problems, if his back injury wasnt there maybe i would say he would/could win. But 2 slipped discs are horrible in MMA. He cant train like he used to anymore. But i know he will give it his all for a few rounds.

Kimbo is a tough dude, I'm not sure how good his ground skills are, but he has a great trainer in Bas Rutten.

St. Pierre wins! St. Pierre wins! St.Pierre Wins!!!! AWESOME, Georges is best pound for pound fighter in the world (or second after Anderson Silva), definitely top 2 though! Didn't get to see the fight ,but I heard he owned Serra. Who's next? any legit contenders for this guy?

                              Pierre

Yeah Pierre won with ease. Wasnt like the first fight at all. Serra was completly gassed by the end of round 1, the fight was stopped by the ref in 2.

From what i heard Pierre will fight Jon Fitch next, in my opinion thats another easy win for Pierre, as long as Pierre comes in shape he wont be beat at 170 anytime soon. Its possible that he will move up to 185 and take on Anderson Silva, right now i'll take Silva, but who knows in the UFC, as we know its a toss up at times, heck look how easy Serra beat Pierre last time and look what happened in the rematch!
