    Custum Old Time Coloring Book

Some of you may recall a few months ago that I had started making my own coloring book as a nostalgia gift for my brothers. Well, it's all done and I gave it as a Christmas gift.

I tried to make it look like it was a 1960's coloring book on the outside and inside I filled it with pages from the coloring books we loved as kids. Star Trek, Scooby Doo, Apes, Action Jackson, you name it. I even threw in a few inside jokes (read the caption from Shaggy).

The pages were printed on newsprint paper for that old feeling and the books were professionally bound with glue.

    Hope ya's like it.

And here is the back cover. In true old style fashion, it's just the front cover without words.

Incredible! Your brothers must have freaked when they received it.

They were wrapped in Rankin Bass Rudolph wrapping paper along with a Crayola 64 pack of crayons WITH built-in sharpener. LOL

That's pretty cool! What did your brothers think of it?
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

They loved them, but they say it's too nice to color in it. I insisted they color in it, otherwise it's a waste. The first coloring they both did was Kirk.

I'm really impressed. So well done and such a wonderful labor of love. What a great piece for all of you to have and treasure as the years continue to roll along.
