Swimming! That with my diet change was what helped me take off over 100 pounds. Swimming is an awesome workout with ZERO impact. I highly recommend it.

I only weigh 130, so you have almost lost...me...
I have a bad back, so my resolution is to build up my back and stomach muscles, slowly but surely.

Way to go, Hector--I'm really proud of you, man. I lost about 50 last year and then slacked off, but need to get back on it. I'm looking to you as inspiration!
