Star Trek/Planet Of The Apes crossover comic comes out today

Just got it digitally. The first issue is pretty much all set up but I enjoyed it.

This feels aimed at us Mego fans because of how we can mix and match Trek and Ape figures.

I am waiting for the Taylor/Kirk meeting.

Just read issue one and it sets up the whole cross-over series. Nothing to special going one to go "wow" at.


All I have to say is, this had better come out with a Mego cover soon. This is just a perfect way for this board to combine there Megos.

well, as said by Monitor, the issue mostly sets up the premise, mostly aboard the Enterprise. Still, the writing was very good, I'm not a huge trek comic fan, but the dialog "rang true" in my head as I read. The art was good too, which is really imp[ortant to me. I hate when they allow the artists to do some sketchy version (like IDW did in XFiles) or worse cartoonish (which for me ruined their Ghostbusters series).
Ill be getting the rest of this series.
