One last pic from the EMCE Hammer compound. We have a ledge on our second floor foyer, and this year it is decorated with my grandparents' aluminum tree. It's been around as long as I can remember, so I am guessing it's 40+ years old. It was a Christmas tradition for my family to head to my grandparents' in the afternoon on Christmas, and this tree was a constant. It's been in storage since my grandmother's passing a few years ago, and it was passed down to me to my delight. I just received it this week and it's back on duty just in time.

Merry Christmas! Great to keep old family Christmas items in use - our tree is in a stand that dates back ( 80? years ) to when my mother was a child ( we have old family movies that show it in the background )

We had the same thing at my Great-Grandparents house on Christmas Eve when we would all meet there for dinner and gifts, complete with color wheel. That picture is priceless.
