Taco trucks rule. Best tacos you will find. Better than the tacos in proper restaurants. I grew up in California where the taco trucks reign supreme. I am now in the midwest and Mexican food sucks out here. Nobody even knows what a real taco is like.......

Up in north Jersey, where I grew up ......
We actually have a very large Mexican population.....
Most of our sod farms and fields are worked by Mexican's.

Usually, they come up and work the fields in the summer, and go back to Mexico in the winter.
Same guys do this year after year.
Must be a horrible life, if you have a family.

TacoBus's are Huge Up here..
I love them. Last summer we were working a 3mile site for SoundTransit, & There was 4 TacoBus's on the job. We ate good.

I always go for the Burrito,.. spicey chicken. It's fantastic,.. or the Steak Taco's,.. I love the Hotsauce too. Man,.. I'm getting Hungry again.
