Not controversial, no question, and no debate. Some of the best Christmastime quotes ever, not the least of which is: "Now I have a machine gun. Ho. Ho. Ho." -- but only if spoken in Alan Rickman's voice.

...The question is whether or not to show/watch it along with any of your other Christmas movie line-up, which is a matter of choice. I'd watch it before "Santa Claus vs. The Martians," but there are few movies that don't hold that distinction. The original "Die Hard" remains one of the movies that I simply cannot turn off when it comes on television.
