Accumulated this stuff and finally put it out this year in my basement. Maybe next year my wife, Scroogette McGrincherson, will let me put it on the main floor. At least guard kitty appreciates it.

We had the cardboard fireplace when I was growing up too, and I'm very nostalgic about them.
Does it have the little lightbulb with little silver fan that would turn from the heat put out by the bulb?Comment

It has the bulb and reflector foil, but no fan according to the instructions. It works, but I am not turning it on for any length of time until I find a low heat bulb that fits the socket.Comment

Awesome...I remember those giant candles in our windows. We were lucky enough to have a real fireplace though, which is good because we had to use it for heat in the winter.Comment
