Rudolph vs. Santa

I just noticed CBS is airing Rudolph opposite Santa Claus is coming to Town on ABC at 8 pm/7 pm central Tuesday, Dec. 9. (Tomorrow).

If this had of happened when I was a kid pre-VCR/DVR, I would have gone nuts, lol.

We have it so good today.

Well, I have to say, after ABC chopped The Great Pumpkin, and did it again w/ Charlie Brown Christmas, I will not be watching anymore specials on ABC. And even though we "have it so good", I still miss when these specials were actually special, and you waited all year to see your favorites, and the ones on CBS were prefaced w/ this:

"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
