Air Purifier/hepa for house. Dust/germs & so on. Please recommend

Does anyone use a Air Purifier? Or Hepa? If so, how much do they help? I live in dusty Nevada! My son has asthma and I been having breathing issues ever since i had pneumonia. I'm looking for a top quality Air purifier that isnt to much of a pain to clean.

Can you also please tell me the best place to find one.

    Thank you!

I've been using a Holmes HEPA air purifier in my office for the past 18 months and the results have been dramatic. I was developing allot of issues with my allergies and this all but eliminated them. The best part is you can get these for around $40.00 and it cleans the air thoroughly. You will notice a difference after one day. Plus the filters are easy to find at Walmart and typically last a minimum of three to four months. A worthwhile investment and one that won't clean your wallet out if you're looking for improved air quality at a fair price. I live in Louisville that has some of the worst air quality in the country, so I understand your challenges well. Here's a link if you would like to know more.
