I wouldn't say I hated it, but wouldn't want to go through it again for anything ! The social groups that divided the classes were horrible, and can only imagine how much worse it would be in today's society.

I went to a small school and lived just a few blocks away, so I was either walking or riding my bike to school prior to getting my license. There was less than 40 in my graduating class and most of us had known each other since kindergarten, good or bad.... High School was ok, I played some sports, wrote for the newspaper, photography etc.. Did pretty well in school, didn't ever have a bully problem, and wasn't a bully myself, but aside from 3-4 friends from my class I don't care to ever see most of them again.
Funny thing, over 10% of my class has died already(we had less than 40), not from natural causes either, self inflicted stuff mostly. One died in a jail, one died when his meth lab blew up with his 10 year old son in the room with him. Nice huh?
I live in the area still but I've passed on any reunions they've had and unless I change a ton as I get older I'm not going to any in the future either.Comment

No, I hated high school. I couldn't wait to get out every day and play with my friends. Football, baseball, basketball, skateboards, BMX, whatever we were into at the time. I would spend all day dreaming of getting out and having fun.
The most fun was hanging with my cousin and riding our dirt bikes everywhere, and jumping every dirt hill we came across.
