Quick Question About False Advertising
As most back to the future fans here may know this website are coming out with BTTF2 replica shoes,
At the bottom of the page there is a 20% promotion where if you subscribe to their news letter you can get 20% off your order, no where on the site nor on the email they send for the discount do they state any fine print nor restrictions about this discount so I placed my order and emailed them to please discount it as for some reason it did not discount it.
They declined and refused to discount it as they state that they can not discount pre-orders, I told them that is fine and that they can simply refund me 20% once my card has been charged, that got shut down as well.
Is this considered to be false advertising and can I do something about this?
