What's for Trick or Treat ?

What will you be giving out to the little ghosts and goblins that come a knocking this year? Our Walgreens had Hot Wheels real cheap over the summer, so we grab up some of them to pass out with some snickers bars from Walmart. We don't get but about maybe 20 kids or so normally, perks of a no where road that dead ends into a field I guess.

Same as last year: pennies and Rolaids.

I'm the fool who gives out the full size bars. We get about 100 kids in our neighborhood, so in the month or so leading up to Halloween, I buy the big boxes at BJs each time I visit. My house is the Halloween house on the street, so, yeah why not.

We take our kids out while we can. I figure we'll more than make it up after they're too old to trick or treat. I usually buy a few boxes of chips and leave them on my steps to help themselves. Our street usually gets under 10 kids.

Thoughtful. They'll need the Rolaids if they eat the pennies.

We live out in the middle of no-where, on a gravel road, back in the woods, at the end of a quarter mile long driveway. Add the fact that my MIL next door has been known to chase trespassers away with a gun, and I can safely say that I will not see a single trick-or-treater. In twelve years, I don't think I have had but ten kids and they were all related to me.

Maybe I should decorate my golf cart and just sit at the end of the driveway with candy.

As I said on the Classic Toys page, I got the Sounds to Make You Shiver record from Ebay and it came w/ a CD of the records as well. So I ripped the CD and I'll give copies of it along w/ some mini "Real Life Monsters" books. Happy Trick-or-Treat!

We will distribute assorted consumables - primarily fried eggs and beer.

No candy this year -- times are tight here.

I just never prepare, because I've only gotten one kid (my niece) in the past ten years. I actually gave her a can of soup one time, and she acted like it was the best thing ever. LOL
