Now that I had some time to calm down and reflect i'd like to leave a proper reply.
John was great guy and good friend.
He was a huge Doctor Who fan.
Him and I have been swapping Doctor Who DVD's for years.
It's because of him I finally got them all --- and he finished his collection because of me.
For a time I got a John Saltzburg package in the mail every 2 weeks for literally years.
In between the swapping we would BS about everything from electronics to family.
Even though I never met him face to face I feel I have many times.
One time out of the blue he sent me a Jon Pertwee action figure just because Pertwee is my favorite Doctor.
He was that kinda guy.
Heck, he even recorded a whole season of Torchwood for me because I didn't have cable.
He didn't speak much on the Museum because he was more of a Sci Fi guy than an action figure guy - That's why he posted mostly in the Museum Sci Fi forum.
The huge loss I feel now is well worth just knowing him

John always liked to talk with me about "Emergency!"
This is so sad. My condolences to his brother and the rest of his family.
May you rest in peace, John.
