It's onions for me. I absolutely hate them.

Ditto--I can't stand the crunch and I will pick out the tiniest sliver--my family can't believe that I can tell the difference between an onion crunch and a celery crunch. When I cook I use the dehydrated ones so they can't crunch.
I absolutely refuse to have buttermilk, especially the home-made ones that glopp into your cup. And no, adding sugar is not going to make it any better.Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.

Man, I love onions. My brother is some one who can find one onion piece in a bowl/plate of what ever. I never understood this, especially down here in south Louisiana where they put onions in everything.
There is no food that I "HATE." There are a few things I do not care for, but will eat if it is served to me.sigpicComment

I picked out the smallest onion sliver I could find growing up, but I eat them now no problem. }
My list of stuff I absolutely wouldn't eat as a kid is still in effect and is:
Brussel Sprouts
Cooked Carrots (I love them raw)
Spiders (Nothing against them, just can't eat em)
Asparagus
and anything pickled. Makes me shudder thinking about it.
One Exception: I will however do my best to eat whatever I am served when a guest in someones home. Most kinds of beans - lima, baked, wax, kidney...I gag at the thought of eating them. The worst is that baked 3-bean stuff, that has the sweet reddish sauce, usually a little molasses, bacon etc. However, I will eat fresh or frozen peas(not canned), green beans, and occasionally black bean sauce.Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?

Steamed vegetables that come with our chicken dish at a local Japanese restaurant. They are always under cooked and too crunchy versus the rest of the meal which is wonderfully seasoned fried rice and chicken.Comment

Never had pig's feet and don't really want to try them. One of the foods I hate is SPAM/Treat Meat. Growing up everyone in my family ate it but me. Just never liked it. Another would be okra. I've tried it in soup, fried and steamed, UGH!Comment
