          Watching her and Bogie on a late night tv movie marathon started me with my classic movie passion. I have met their son and visited the place where they married. A sad day, but she lived a good long life. RIP, Ms. Bacall.

                What an iconic voice. I know it was one of her later roles, but she was great opposite John Wayne in his last film, "The Shootist".

                    Total class act, I read once that she was the inspiration for P'Gell in Eisner's The Spirit.
